As a student at Jackie O’Neal School of Dance, she studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop. She was a member of their competition team for six years, traveling and competing at different competitions and conventions. She spent a summer interning with The PULSE in New York City, learning and working with dance industry professionals including Brian Friedman, Tricia Miranda, Ian Eastwood and Laurieann Gibson. After graduating from UA with a degree in Public Relations and Communications, Kelsey moved to Nashville to pursue different career opportunities. She is excited to use her passion for performing to help the students of ROOTS become the best dancers they can be.
