Liza ter Kuile has been teaching fitness classes for over 8 years. Her fitness journey began after struggling with postpartum depression. This experience led her to start Oh Baby Fitness Dallas in 2013. Her business quickly grew to be the largest prenatal and postpartum exercise company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and was recognized as the Best Prenatal and Mom and Baby Fitness classes in Dallas for 2015 and 2016. Liza holds certifications in AFAA Group FitnessLes Mills- BodyFlowYogaFitOh Baby! Fitness Prenatal/Postpartum and SWC Aquatics. Liza is passionate about women’s health, mind, body, and spirit. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their four children: Anna, Katherine, Dawson and Mollie!


What to Expect

Here are a few things you can expect when taking an adult dance class here at the studio.

  • Our classes are perfect for beginners and experienced dancers, and are a great way to get fit while having a great time.
  • Wear casual clothes you feel comfortable moving in, a bottle of water and a towel if you expect to work up a sweat!
  • Classes last one hour — but feel free to take a break any time you need it.
  • These classes are even more fun when you come with a friend.

At the end of your class, let us know what you liked about it, or what you’d like to see differently. The instructors would love to meet you and talk with you.
