Toddler & Preschool Classes

Girls

  • A leotard and pink tights are required. Skirts are also allowed, but if they become a distraction in class students will be asked to take them off or not wear them the next week. NO costumes or dresses. All outfits must be leotard based.
  • Pink Leather ballet shoes are required for all Toddler and Preschool classes. Capezio is preferred brand. 
  • Preschool I & II students should also wear black Mary Jane style tap shoes.

BOYS:

  • A white or black shirt with black shorts or pants are required.
  • Black ballet or slip on jazz shoes are required for all toddler and preschool classes.
  • Preschool I & II students should also wear black lace up tap shoes.

K12: Boys

BOYS:

  • Ballet – White Shirt and Black shorts or pants. Black ballet shoes and white socks.
  • Combo – Black or white shirt and shorts or pants. Black Jazz shoes and lace-up tap shoes.
  • BOYS CREW – Baggy or comfortable clothes are great for this class. No jeans. Tennis shoes are required.

K12: Mini Classes

MINI COMBO:

  • Leotard and tights are required for Mini Combo students. A dance skirt is also allowed.
  • Students should have pink leather ballet shoes and black Mary Jane style tap shoes. Tan slip on jazz shoes are also allowed, but not required unless the class is performing jazz in the recital. This will be determined by the end of 1st semester.
  • Hair should be secured back away from the face.

MINI HIP HOP

  • Baggy or comfortable clothes are great for this class. No jeans or skirts are allowed. Please note that students may flip, tumble and learn inversions in this class, please ensure you are dressed appropriately to be able to move freely without worry.
  • Tennis shoes are required.

K12: Youth Classes

YOUTH COMBO:

  • Dance attire is required. Clothes should be form fitting and not provide a distraction to the dancer.
  • Combo students should wear slip on tan leather jazz shoes and black leather lace up tap shoes.
  • Hair must be worn secured pulled back and away from the face and neck.

YOUTH BALLET:

  • Black leotard and pink tights are required. Ballet skirts or dance shorts are also allowed.
  • Pink canvas split sole ballet shoes. Capezio is preferred brand.
  • Hair must be secured before class starts, a bun is encouraged.

YOUTH HIP HOP:

  • Baggy or comfortable clothes are great for this class. No jeans or skirts are allowed. Please note that students may flip, tumble and learn inversions in this class, please ensure you are dressed appropriately to be able to move freely without worry.

K12: Junior/Teen Classes

JUNIOR/TEEN COMBO:

  • Dance attire is required. Clothes should be form fitting and not provide a distraction to the dancer.
  • Combo students should wear slip on tan leather jazz shoes and black leather lace up tap shoes.
  • Hair must be worn secured pulled back and away from the face and neck.

JUNIOR/TEEN BALLET:

  • Black leotard and pink tights are required. Ballet skirts or dance shorts are also allowed.
  • Pink canvas split sole ballet shoes. Capezio is preferred brand.
  • Hair must be secured before class starts, a bun is encouraged.

JUNIOR/TEEN LYRICAL:

  • Dance attire is required. Clothes should be form fitting and not provide a distraction to the dancer. Examples include: leotard, sports bra, fitted top, boot shorts, leggings.
  • Pirouette shoes are required for lyrical.
  • Hair must be worn secured pulled back and away from the face and neck.

K12: Level Classes

BALLET I & II/III:

  • Black leotard and pink tights are required. Black ballet skirts or dance shorts are also allowed.
  • Pink canvas ballet shoes.
  • Hair must be secured in a bun before class starts.

BALLET/BODY PLACEMENT III/IV & above:

  • Solid-colored, fitted dance apparel is required. Tights are not required.
  • Black dance socks are preferred. Ballet shoes are permitted, but not required.
  • Hair must be secured in a bun before class starts.

POINTE: 

  • Black leotard and pink tight are required. Black ballet skirts or dance shorts are also allowed.
  • Pointe shoes and sewn straps require mentor approval.
  • Hair must be secured in a bun before class starts.

JAZZ, TAP & LYRICAL:

  • Dance attire is required. Clothes should be form fitting and not provide a distraction to the dancer. You may choose any color leotard, sports bra, fitted tank tops, dance shorts, or leggings.  
    • No t-shirts or flowy tank tops. Cover ups should be worn to and from class only.
  • Jazz Levels I-II should wear slip on tan leather jazz shoes.
  • Jazz Levels III-V should wear nude Pirouettes.
  • Tap II students should wear black leather lace up tap shoes.  
  • All Lyrical students should wear nude canvas Pirouettes.
  • Hair must be worn secured pulled back and away from the face and neck.

HIP HOP:

  • Baggy or comfortable clothes are great for this class. No jeans or skirts are allowed. Please note that students may flip, tumble and learn inversions in this class, please ensure you are dressed appropriately to be able to move freely without worry.
  • Tennis shoes are required.
