Welcome to Front Desk – an online membership management portal where you can log-in to:
- Review & update account details
- Review your and your student(s) upcoming schedule of lessons/classes (all under one login)
- Manage billing details: Change your address, update credit card, etc.
- Review & electronically sign our updated policy acknowledgement
- Manage how you want to be notified about lessons, classes, courses, and events.
You can access front desk anytime by going to http://my.rootsacademy.net
To get started, we’ve provided 5 easy steps. It shouldn’t take you more than about 5-10 minutes.
Click on the “Go to Your Account” link below, or the image to the right, to claim your account and login. If you have troubles claiming your account, please review the following help document.
STEP 2: Review & Add Billing Information
All clients are required to have a credit card on file for monthly processing, or as a payment backup if you prefer to pay by check. To add your billing information, kindly do the following:
- Tap on “Payment Methods”
- Tap on “+ Add New Card”
- Please add your billing information, then click “save”
STEP 3: eSign our updated Policy Acknowledgement
We’ve updated our policies and require a new signature on file for each family. To sign kindly follow these steps:
- Tap the alert at the top of your dashboard that says “Complete a waiver before your next visit”
- Then tap “sign now”
- Our waiver will be emailed to you via Docusign, just open your email to sign.
STEP 4: Personalize Your Profile
Please take a minute to add the following:
- Student Picture
- Other missing details
